Before joining MPC, Ben worked at Framestore, the BBC and Ascent Media in their demanding recruitment teams, finding talent for high-profile films such as Avatar, War Horse and The Tale of Despereaux. A member of the Animation Skills Council for Skillset, Ben also works directly with universities and students, forging links between industry and education; ensuring graduates' career development remains at the forefront in finding the best talent.
