Starting out in publisher-side QA and working through to development QA Lead, then into Production roles before co-founding independent developer Cardboard Sword, Olly's career has spanned fifteen years. In that time, he's also managed to squeeze in some teaching, is part of several educational panels, and runs Game Bridge, a networking community in the north east of the UK helping to grow and connect developers and development studios in the region. As CEO of Cardboard Sword, he is responsible for running the studio, as well as pitching their own-IP projects to publishers and investors.
