Sarah Beth Eisinger

Effects Technical Director

Sarah Beth Eisinger has been a Technical Director on the Pixar Effects team since 2013. She graduated from the Texas A&M Visualization Sciences Master's program and the UC Berkeley Electrical Engineering and Computer Science undergraduate department and has previously worked at Disney, DreamWorks, and Google. Her favorite types of effects are those that drive stories forward, such as her work on Miguel's guitar smash and Ernesto De La Cruz getting hit by a rotten tomato in Coco. Sarah's talk "Behind the Scenes of Pixar's Coco" will cover an overview of the film's production pipeline, a closer look at some of the effects such as ghosts and the marigold bridge, and hidden Easter eggs in the movie.
