Matthew Trevelyan Johns

Having graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Masters degree in Computer Games Technology Matthew is now a senior artist with over seven years of professional, studio experience. Matthew's 3D work and tutorial features have been published in many major industry publications, including 3D Artist magazine, 3D creative magazine as well as featuring as the cover artist on the Christmas 2015 issue of 3D World Magazine. Matthew began his career in 2009 at TT Games and enjoyed contributing heavily as a senior and then lead artist to a number of award winning Lego video game titles. Eager for a new challenge Matthew joined Foundry 42 in 2014 and has been building highly detailed spaceships and interior environments on the eagerly anticipated Star Citizen ever since. Excited to be presenting at Animex 2016, Matthew intends to share cutting-edge techniques and to offer an interesting insight into the complex production pipelines faced by the 3D artists at Foundry 42 on a daily basis.
