Raylene Deck - Bungie
Raylene Deck has been a game designer for over 10 years. Her first shipped title was Mass Effect 2, where she worked as a level designer -- scripting logic, encounters, puzzles, dialogue and designing layouts at BioWare in Canada. Since then she has shipped Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition in various design roles spanning world to gameplay design. In 2015 she moved to the United States and is now a senior designer at Bungie. She helped define open world systems and activities in Destiny 2. Raylene has a passion for all things design, mentoring students and being an advocate for women in games.
