Rachelle Lewis Rachelle has been a talent scout in the animation and visual effects industry for many years. She runs her own company which specialises in placing animation and FX artists for film studios worldwide. Her client list includes: MPC London, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Café FX, CIS Hollywood, Method, Laika, Brainstorm Digital, The Mill, and many others. Before going independent, she worked as the director of recruitment for Digital Domain, and senior recruiter for Dreamworks and Sony Imageworks.

Rachelle began her career via TV animation at Klasky Csupo, (Rugrats and Wild Thornberrys). Recent films include Prometheus, World War Z, X-Men: First Class, Wrath of the Titans, Life of Pi, John Carter, Sherlock Holmes 2, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows (Parts1 and 2), Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, 47 Ronin, The Amazing Spiderman, Men in Black III, Hotel Transylvania and OZ: The Great and Powerful. Rachelle lectures at universities and industry events throughout North America and Europe. She acts in an advisory capacity developing the animation and FX curriculum with universities and works directly with artists in the area of career development.
