Marek Walton Marek originally trained as a screen-writer whilst studying at the University of Denver and later bolstered his practical understanding of film by working as a grip on a number of small Vancouver-based film shoots. After graduating in 2004 with a master’s in creative writing from The University of Edinburgh he was hired by Atari to work on their next AAA title.

Marek co-founded The Mustard Corporation and worked on a variety of games titles including Driver: Parallel Lines, Driver 76 and MindJack. Marek has also script edited Battleforge, Lord of Ultima and forthcoming Ignition game El Shaddai: Ascention of the Metatron. He has worked with the BBC on their JAM Education project and recently co-wrote his first radio play for them tackling the issues surrounding gaming addiction.
